There was a period of time where I exercised for multiple hours each day many days of the week. That’s what the “experts” told me to do, so that’s what I did. My body got very little rest. It was tired and I was tired.
It was more exercise than my body really needed. Plus, for a number of reasons it simply wasn’t sustainable.
This episode let’s discuss what so many of us are doing wrong when it comes to exercise, and what you can do instead that’s way better.
