The Change That Can Make You Happier. – 008
Welcome to episode 008 of the Start Fueling Better podcast, “The Change That Can Make You Happier”.
In this episode we discuss something a lot of people struggle with, but can definitely improve upon with a little effort and self-reflection. It has a strong impact on life, relationships, and marriage.
Additionally Josh talks about his favorite fast food restaurant and brings up one of Paige’s least favorite foods. Ew.

Paige is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified LEAP Therapist, Nutritious Life Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach, and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
Back in the day, she was an actor in Los Angeles. While there, she also dipped her toes in improv and stand-up comedy. (And no, you probably haven’t seen anything she’s been in.)
Nutrition, fitness, and health had been of interest to her for a number of years, but living in Los Angeles made her want to pursue legitimate education to better understand how to actually fuel the body. So she went back to school and studied nutrition, in order to get answers to her own questions, and then help others.
Using a holistic and functional approach, Paige now specializes in helping women change their relationship with food, body and movement, and educating them on how to properly fuel themselves. When you fuel better, you feel better, inside and out.
