My Favorite Things
One of the reasons Start Fueling Better was created was to help people weed through the bologna (no pun intended) within the world of nutrition. As well as to provide people with accurate and helpful nutrition information, with the intention of helping them feel better and/or make their lives easier.
This all came about because I wanted these answers myself. So over time I have tried a lot of products and found some that I really like. Then I began suggesting them to family, friends and people I met. With that said, I have created this page to now share these products with all of you that may also be interested. To be clear, I only recommend things I have used myself and would recommend to family and friends. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Food
- Double chocolate chip is my personal favorite
- Mild all the way
- Vanilla chocolate chip is my first choice
- They use regenerative agriculture practices
- I've purchased their meats and sauces (they deliver to your door)
- I really like their Teriyaki and Honey BBQ sauces
- I've tried the muffins, cupcakes and pizza - they were all tasty
- Hazelnut crisp is my favorite

- My previous grocery bags were harder to clean and that grossed me out. I really like that these can be tossed in the machine. Plus I don't feel weird taking these to shop at pretty much any store because they are pretty stylish.

- It's not as heavy as I thought it might be, which I like. The silicone on the outside makes it easy to handle even if your hands are a little wet. I like the wide mouth bottle like this one pictured here, but they have the more narrow mouth if you prefer that.
- BPA Free, Freezer, Dishwasher & Microwave Safe
- I find a lot of can openers to be unpleasant. Seriously, I've never liked a can opener UNTIL this can opener. It is awesome!
- I love that these can be put into the washing machine.
- These are double-wall, so there isn't "sweating"
- Silicone and dishwasher safe
- Folds into itself - takes up less storage space
Lifestyle
- Meditation app
- I really like the "Daily Calm"
- There is a new one every day, and it's always right around 10 minutes
- You can set it to have sounds play in the background (like birds or rain) during the meditations, so it's never completely silent

Branch Basics Cleaning Products & Detergent
- There are multiple options and starter kits.
- I really like this product for a number of reasons, and at the same time I will acknowledge it is significantly more expensive than "typical" hand soap.
Personal Care/Beauty
- U.S. grown organic cotton
- I have used Honest products for years. Their products are "free of " a lot of ingredients that other products aren't.
- Other face wipes have left my face and hands feeling greasy, and irritate my eyes. These wipes don't aren't like that.
