You can expect to become competent and confident when it comes to food and nutrition. You'll know what to eat, and when to eat it. You will also understand nutrition, and how to feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. Increased energy and decreased stress.
This program can definitely help someone with an eating disorder. Especially those that struggle with overeating and binges.
To appropriately treat an eating disorder, I recommend at the very least that a person meets with both a therapist and a registered dietitian on a regular basis.

This program is about long term results. About decreasing stress around food. About providing you with tools that work. About making nutritious eating easier and more realistic for your life. About getting you feeling better inside and out. And living a happier life. This stuff has to come first.
This program is a hybrid program. You can get 1:1 and group time (if you so choose; you can stay anonymous too).

You will have access to everything (curriculum, Q&A, coaching calls, group interaction and accountability) as long as you're in the program. The initial length of the program is 16 weeks. You can continue on past the 16 weeks.

Everyone is welcome on the calls. Scheduling may not work for everyone, so they will be recorded and shared afterward.
There will be information, coaching and Q&A. If you'd like to be anonymous you can submit questions ahead of time privately, choose not to turn on your camera, create a "fake" Facebook account, and so on.
