So many of us worry about what other people are thinking about us. We then let these concerns get in our way, impact our mood and how we feel about ourselves. I actively have to work at not letting my brain do this. It is not easy. However continuing to do it to yourself just isn’t worth it.
In this episode we’re talking all about this. Including a personal story of how I let myself “ruin” an event I’d been excited about, and how to start the “un-doing” of these thoughts.

Paige is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified personal trainer. She decided to go to school and study nutrition after having her own questions about and struggles with food.
