My Nutrition Story. – 006
Welcome to episode 006 of the Start Fueling Better podcast. In this episode I talk about my nutrition story. Don’t worry, Josh is still in the episode and will still be obnoxious as per usual.
My past experiences with food, nutrition, health, being overweight, and weight loss had a huge impact on where I am now. As well as why I do what I do and why protecting other people, their health and their money is so important to me. Many of these things from my past didn’t go the best or easiest way possible. However they did teach me a lot. So now I use the junk I went through and lessons I learned to save other people from wasting their time and money.
We dive deeper into this topic in this episode.

Paige is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified LEAP Therapist, Nutritious Life Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach, and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
Back in the day, she was an actor in Los Angeles. While there, she also dipped her toes in improv and stand-up comedy. (And no, you probably haven’t seen anything she’s been in.)
Nutrition, fitness, and health had been of interest to her for a number of years, but living in Los Angeles made her want to pursue legitimate education to better understand how to actually fuel the body. So she went back to school and studied nutrition, in order to get answers to her own questions, and then help others.
Using a holistic and functional approach, Paige now specializes in helping women change their relationship with food, body and movement, and educating them on how to properly fuel themselves. When you fuel better, you feel better, inside and out.
