I used to weigh my food. Do I miss it? No, I do not. Not at all.
The mindset around food weighing has a lot to do with the desire for perfection. One problem with that is that it’s basically impossible. Which makes the whole thing kind of a sad, bad joke. Not to mention that it takes up a lot of time!
Let’s talk more about weighing food, where it stems from and why I don’t recommend it.
