Do you sit in your feelings sometimes? Just feeling the feels sitting there frozen? Taking no action? I’ve been there.
Feelings of sadness, stress, and overwhelm can really mess with us. If we sit in how we’re feeling and don’t take any action we aren’t going to make any progress. Or maybe we’re taking action, but the action we’re taking isn’t really setting us up for long-term success.
Ideally we’re taking action that leads to progress. Progress helps us get where we want to go.
Don’t get stuck in your feelings. Listen to this episode for tips to help you take action and make progress. As opposed to sitting frozen in your feels.
