I’ve got a different perspective on weight loss.
You see, when it comes to the topic of weight loss there are typically two opposite “sides”. Those that support it at all costs and often disregard health. And those that feel any desire for weight loss is bad and unsafe. I’m not usually one for extremes, so I find myself somewhere in the middle of these two sides.
Let’s talk about what lies down the middle. Your other option. The option that often gets overlooked.
